Do I need to create an account to place and order?
You don't need to, but we encourage it. It's easier to track the status of your order if you have an account.

Are all items on your website in stock?
The site reflects current stock status for each part. If you have a question regarding a part or parts, please contact us.

Why isn't the heater I need in stock?
The world of industrial heating has an infinitude of different heating needs, and it's impossible to stock a heater for every different one. So most heaters – besides very general-purpose ones – are built to order, all across the heater manufacturing industry. 

Can I place an order via email?
No. Please login or register a new account.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax to anyone who has not provided a tax exempt certificate and their business resides in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina.

How do I review my shopping cart?
Once you've added items to your cart, You can visit it at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart link at the top right of the screen.

What if there is a problem with my order?
The best way to resolve any issue is to contact us directly via email [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you.

How do I check order status?
Log in to My Account to review.

How do I cancel or make an change to my order?
For any changes to orders, you’ll need to contact TemperatureSuperstore.com. You can do this by contacting [email protected]. Please reference your order number.
An order cancellation received after the order has been pulled and prepped for shipping will incur a 10% (minimum of $10) restocking fee. If an order is cancelled prior to the order being prepped for shipping, no fees will apply. Any order cancellations received after the order has been shipped will be subject to our Return Policy Terms and Conditions.

Do you service the products you sell?
TemperatureSuperstore.com does not services items. Email us at [email protected] with your specific requests.

We accept all major credit cards.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

Can I pick up my order?
No.

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
No.

Can I ship to my home address?
We sure can.

Can I ship Internationally?
The TemperatureSuperstore.com site is only set up to ship within the lower 48 states, with the United States.

Why can't you drop-ship my order?
Some of our band heater and cartridge heater suppliers have minimum order prices for drop shipping, usually around $250 to $275. For orders under this amount, even if the product is in stock at the factory, it will take a few extra days to arrive to you because it must be shipped to us first.

When will my products arrive?
This can vary. It will depend on if your order is in stock and your ship-to location. For the most up-to-date information on your order status, please contact us.

If I place an order today when will it ship?
Most in stock items ship the same day. If the order (in stock item) is received by 1:00 pm Eastern (Monday-Friday) it will ship same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern, typically ship the next business day.

What are the TemperatureSuperstore.com's Shipping hours?
We ship between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Eastern, Monday – Friday.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?
The TemperatureSuperstore.com accepts returns of defective products, most unused products, and damaged products as long as they comply with our Terms and Conditions. Certain products may be non-returnable. Returns are assessed on an individual basis, and may be subject to restock and handling fees. For more information, please visit our Terms and Conditions page. How do I set up an account?
Click on Create an Account. Provide the required information and click Create an Account button.

How do I place an online order?
First, Login to your account or register a new one

I forgot my user ID and password.
If you've forgotten your password, please click on "forgot password". If you have forgotten your user ID and password or are otherwise still having problems logging in, please email us at [email protected].

How do I update my company and/or personal information?
If you're a registered user on the website, login using the login box on the top right of this screen and then visit the Edit Profile section of the website.

Why can't I log in?
Have you registered online with us before? All existing TemperatureSuperstore.com customers must first register online in order to access the customer login.

Do you offer customer variations of the products on your site?
We do not offer customer products not currently listed on our website. We recommend contacting the product manufacturer.
