Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping Temperature Superstore. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we will no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items, unless it is a product defect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected]. If you email us make sure to include your order number.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. This will be deducted from your refund.
