Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping Temperature Superstore. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we will no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged if products are not in original condition and/or have missing or damaged parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 614-324-3757 or email us at [email protected]. If you email us make sure to include your order number.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. This will be deducted from your refund.
