Wrap-Around IBC/Tote Tank Heaters

Wrap around IBC / TOTE tank heaters are an all-in-one IBC Tank Heater solution with built-in insulation and a temperature controller to maximize heat efficiency and heat-up time. Designed to wrap around an IBC/TOTE to heat the contents while insulating to keep the heat exactly where it needs to be. Wrap around IBC/TOTE heaters provide the most practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control, thermal mixing, and temperature maintenance of materials.

- Attachment method using adjustable nylon straps with buckles (Two across the top and three around the tank).
- Adjustable nylon straps allow the heater to fit a wide variety of tank sizes without sagging, reducing incidental damage from forklifts.
- Mouse-hole cut-out reduces downtime by providing easy access to spigot without requiring the user to remove the heater.

* 240VAC model is strongly recommended for applications that involve heat-up and melting due to the higher wattage requirements.

How to Measure Your Tote Tank / Intermediate Bulk Container / IBC

1. Measure the height of the tote tank / IBC not including the pallet or support stand.

2. Measure the length and width of the tank. This determines the tank perimeter for the heated area.
