How to Decrystallize Honey Faster

Many producers will leave honey in containers from 5 to 55 gallons until they are ready to bottle it for sale. Honey has a nearly unlimited shelf-life, but given enough time, all honey will crystalize. Temperaturesuperstore.com developed the HoneyBee Honey Warmer and Insulator to efficiently decrystalize honey for bottling. The 5-gallon HoneyBee Honey Warmer decrystalizes with a strong 550 watts compared to the 120 watts provided by the competition. Our 55-gallon heater produces 1200 watts compared to their 800 watts. The Warmer has a maximum temperature of 160°F compared to their 120°F.

Not only is the Honey Warmer capable of higher temperatures, but it heats faster, too. The HoneyBee Honey Warmer’s temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat, which in the end protects the honey. Since the Warmer can reach heating temperatures up to 160°F it is also capable of melting multiple waxes like beeswax and soy wax. The spring-closure allows the heater to fit most pails and barrels with slight variations in diameters.

A great addition to the Warmer is the new Honeybee Insulator. Adjustable straps with buckles secure the insulator tightly to the container. The HoneyBee Insulator is designed to fit perfectly around our warmers. Additionally, it accommodates tapered shapes or multiple heaters! A mouse hole cut-out allows for a dispensing valve on the 5-gallon size bucket. The HoneyBee Honey Warmer and Insulator provide the heat to get your honey flowing faster.
